"Excellent"

The location was ideal for visiting family members over Christmas, the bed was super comfortable and the room and en suite bathroom were spotless.

It would have been nice to have coffee rather than cocoa sachets for making a drink and also some sugar and a spoon.

"Pleasant room ,easy to get to downtown Whitehaven to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary"

The room was light and airy and very clean

The toilet was far too small for a 6'4" man and the seat was even smaller . The TV was set to Rakuten and they were not Tech savvy enough to change to Freeview. You asked in the last question if they enjoyed breakfast but no breakfast was provided on either day !!!
