Chic, Cozy & New Prime location with AC, Street Parking #4

Close to downtown, the bus is near by. Easy to get around and alot of parking near by. Pull out bed was comfy. The little fridge works amazing

It's upstairs and very narrowish to get up. My husband handicap so it was a challenge to get up. Maybe put.that in notes so others know. AC is only in livingroom not entire house.

The property matches what is described in the listing. It’s cozy and comfortable and has everything you might need for your stay. It’s very nicely renovated with a cute bathroom and nice kitchenette. The bed and bedding is comfortable and it’s well decorated. It has a good AC and good appliances and utensils in the kitchen. Late check out was possible at a small fee.

The stairs leading to the second floor are steep, not so good when you have more luggage or bigger suitcases (as myself). There is no exhaust on the stove.

Easy access, great location, comfortable with all the basic necessities.

The walls are thin and you can hear the people next door clearly. It was unfortunate for us that there was commotion at 3am. Not the host’s fault at all, just a structural problem.
