Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) & Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) assessment: Palm Springs requires all vacation rental owners to collect a 11.5% TOT and 1% TBID tax on all rentals that are 28 days or less. This is in addition to the rental fee and it will be a separate line item in the breakdown of your booking fees. Stays of 29+ days (28+ nights): there is no city TOT and TBID tax. Pool and jacuzzi heating: Due to the high cost of heating the pool, there is an optional $75/day fee. This is recommended October through May, though heating is available year-round. Please let us know if you would like it heated prior to your arrival. Heating the jacuzzi is complimentary but please turn the heat off after use. Pets: we love and welcome our furry friends! Our insurance restricts certain breeds/sizes. Please provide details prior to booking. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $175 pet fee per stay applies. Security: The property is equipped with exterior security cameras. No cameras are placed inside the house, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
