Egret - 1st Floor Freshly Updated Kit W&D 3 Miles to Beach

The location was easy to find in an ordinary neighborhood and close to the beaches. It was clean and relatively comfortable-cute kitchen!-I think this is subjective because everyone has different levels of comfort-I.e. the bed was good but not excellent and the lounge chairs/sofa were uncomfortable to me. Overall, the remodel was nicely done. My husband commented on the quality of the work.

The lighting was moderate for reading but not TV, if you are not spending all your time at the beach. It made the living room area a little dingy without opening the drapes. Also be aware that it is a lower floor apartment. There were some guys upstairs that were noisy until about 11 PM on the three nights we were there, and we could pretty much hear everything. We also got a big kick out of the shower drain-it sounded like a SW droid when water was running in the kitchen!😆
