The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the view was amazing. The host very friendly & helpful with highly quality service. They make our stay enjoyable. Excellent property with sea view and had great sunset view. Very convenient to do many activities especially island hoping, just walk a few minute to the Jesselton jetty. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting KK.

"I would definitely come back to stay if they have a better mattress"

The property is super clean and the location is superb. The appliances the property owner provided are essentials.

The mattress on the bed gave me a sore shoulder and hips as the mattress was as hard as rock. I usually sleep on a firm mattress but this was super hard and i wasnt able to fall asleep on the first 2 nights.
