988-Cozy, Lovely and Renovated 4BR-2BA apartment in Boston

Location was perfect and home was nice with lots of bedrooms and space to spread out.

Home was clean and everything was as described. Great having parking at the property also and a quick Uber into downtown Boston

I found 988 excellent and owner was very responsive to any communication we had prior to and during our stay.

False advertising: listed as 4BR/2BA however one of the four bedrooms was locked. Slippery, thin, and steep stairs causing injury to a member of our group who fell hard cutting and bruising himself. You can feel the coils/springs in the beds. We finished the wash that was left behind. Beds were not made. Washer machine shakes the house-feels like an earthquake in the living room. Downstairs tenant smokes pot and cigarettes while minors present on property. Backyard looks like a dump and unkept. Super noisy street on a main thoroughfare. Long black hairs on bathroom floor. The welcome email from the host (after booking is not eligible for cancellation) super mean stating they use a sound sensor inside the property as well as cameras outside and if you make loud noises triggering the sensor’s app, they will report you to AirBNB. Cheap and uncomfortable furniture.
