As always exceptional service and excellent attention to detail. The property was immaculate and the host was brilliant. Will definitely be staying again. I would highly recommend.

The check-in was super easy, the process of wiring the security deposit was seamless, and the hosts were quick to respond to all our questions and quick to offer solutions to some of the issues.

Summary: the pictures in the listing look WAY better than the actual property. For almost 200£ a night I expected better and we did not enjoy our stay and do not recommend. There was no option for a partial refund and overall we left with the feeling that we got ripped off. I added four pictures that I took because the app won't allow more but I took way more pictures of things that are off/dirty/weird. I have no idea where all those "one word & 10 stars" reviews are coming from. The house had corners full of cobwebs which did not sit well with my wife's aversion to spiders. Also there were many little months (?) all throughout the house. On the linen there was long dark hair (we are all blond). When messaged, the hosts did offer a new deep clean of the place. The wifi did not really work well but that was fixed the next day. The "garden" of the property was an overgrown lawn with bushes of stinging nettles, dirty underwear (neighbors?) and some construction trash in it. The terrace had no chairs or furniture. So the lawn area was poorly maintained and there was no enjoyment from a bare terrace. The floor had some massive holes and the walls were scratched and streaked with paint from things bumping into them I assume. How that qualifies as "Brand New!" I do not understand. There was no hairdryer even though listed and the property had a desk but no matching chair, making remote work really uncomfortable. A chair was provided 5 days into the stay though and we were offered that they can quickly bring a hairdryer. There was no coffee maker as listed but a jar of instant coffee satchels, complimented by the long expired coffee milk right next to it that I almost used by accident. There was supposed to be a tumble dryer, but we were informed that the laundry machine doubles as a dryer as well. That got our clothes kinda steamy, but not dry. We dried them over the barstools which in turn stained our tshirts.
