Close proximity to public beach access! Some of the best restraunts on 30A are nearby, cute neighbors hoods, sidewalks to run or walk on! The condo itself it’s decorated cute and is very cozy! We’ve rented multiple times and always look forward to our stay!

"Great location, nice kitchen, and plenty roomy, but it’s not a 2 bedroom."

Clean, well cared for, close to beach and walking trails

It’s not a 2 bedroom, it’s a one bedroom with bunk beds in the hallway. Had trouble with toilet in 2nd bathroom so had to share one bathroom. Management was responsive to request for help/maintenance though. Buy your own coffee filters. Bright lights of parking area shining in bedroom through blinds.

"Relaxing home away from home"

The home was clean. The neighbors and community was respectful and polite. The pool was relaxing. 3 beaches were in walking distance. The location was great.

I wish check in time could be earlier.

Clean, decent price, and within walking distance to everything

Nothing really. I will say, I’m not sure if this condo is listed on other rental websites, but I’mbooking.com. It is not listed the there are beach, chairs, and other amenities you can use. So we bought our own, and I had to scroll through pictures to see if they had a coffee maker. That didn’t bother us, just would be nice if it was listed.

It’s VERY CLEAN! Conveniently located to beaches and shopping and dining.

Everything was perfect!! Best place we’ve stayed at in a long time. It’s hard to find a place this clean.
