Great Apartment with breathtaking views on the 30th floor.Well and modernly equipped in good surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the balcony and the view.The administration is very friendly and concerned. The facility offers more than we used as we were exploring Miami during the day. The facility is securely guarded. Valet parking is convenient and costs $30 per day.

The Balcony overlooking the views of the intercoastal waterway, ocean and city….spectacular! The home decor and stocked kitchen Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms Direct access on a fast moving elevator Pool, fitness center Close to Hallendale Beach Access—beautiful clear water. Shuttle provided, but you can easily walk to it. It is Easy to stock fridge & get beach supplies with a Walmart in walking distance . Beach Towels provided The pics and description online is right on
