We had the most incredible stay at the Sashes apartment in Poole! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect – peaceful yet close to everything, with easy access to the beach, local shops, and great restaurants. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Jolanta, our host. She went above and beyond -thoughtful touches around the apartment. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. You can feel how much she genuinely cares about her guests. This apartment felt like a home away from home, and Jolanta made us feel like family. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you, Jolanta :)

Very clean and tidy and quiet

A proper mixer shower (thermostatic) would be better. I think less is more when it comes to decorations. I was under the impression that there was a coffee machine (ie pods) but it was a cafetière which is fine but I brought a selection of pods expectantly.

Added cost of cleaning , £90 . My own fault , I didn’t read the details properly , cleaning fee was more than actual booking fee , I wouldn’t have booked if I’d noticed . Nice place though
