A modern apartment on the 1st floor. The location is a short distance from the ocean and is in a very secure gated complex. Modern appliances are fitted in the kitchen with the apartment being spacious enough for up to 4 people. The furnishings in the bedrooms and lounge were comfortable and clean providing us with a relaxing and pleasant stay.

There are many rules governing your stay, which are okay if you just plan to rest and recuperate. I had some difficulty with lighting the gas hob cooker to boil the kettle, so perhaps the owner should provide a gas lighter in the event of total failure of the hob sparklers. The shower cubicle has a very tight entrance so is not ideal for anyone on the plus size. Entry into the apartment is by stairs only so is not ideal for anyone who cannot climb stairs.

The apartment is beautifully furnished with modern, functional amenities and looks even better in real life than in the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small guest toilet, which we ended up using ourselves. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated in a simple yet stylish way. The bed, mattress,pilows/pillow cases and linens were impeccably clean and of hotel quality, making it feel like a home away from home. I really loved havinga mirror, makeup table and small tv in the master bedroom, plus there is plenty of hungers and closets/storage for clothes and accessories . The entire apartment, including the floors and walls, were exceptionally clean, shiny, and well-maintained. The second bedroom is well-suited for adults, children, or guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and highly functional, making meal preparation effortless. Additionally, the heater in the living room was incredibly useful on chilly, windy nights. It was an added advantage to be offered extra linen, pillow covers and towels by the guest management company (propr).

Upon check-in, we noticed that the main toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were visible stains, dust, and hair under the toilet seat and across areas that required proper attention. Additionally, the glass windows in the living room and on the balcony were heavily stained and appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time. I could not see outside clearly. I contacted the guest management company, Propr, via WhatsApp and shared pictures of the unclean toilet. In response to both complaints, Propr assured me that they would send someone to clean the toilet and windows. However, despite following up and expecting assistance each day, no one ever arrived. Eventually, the house management company stopped responding to my messages. The only further communication I received was an email with check-out instructions the day before my departure. Furthermore, a small cloth or fabric for wiping the kitchen table and sink would have made daily use more convenient, but none was provided and the washing machine should me cleaned thoroughly before guests' arrival.
