"Deep clean required"

The overall stay was fair. All facilities were provided however the cleanliness was an issue. The whole lodge needs a deep clean. Especially the hot tub. This was a real disappointment as this was the main reason we booked this particular accommodation. The beds were comfy enough but the sofa bed was not fit for task.

The spare bedding also need updating. The pillows were below average. Depending on what lodge you get you have loud road noise to the quarry during the day. That said it is well situated to access the Norfolk coast and use as a base.

"Exceptional"

Check in was easy and great communication. Modern and clean throughout. Kitchen Facilities were great and had everything we needed. Area was quiet and great location to explore Norfolk. Hot tub and private garden was a added bonus.
