The water for the shower and tap took a long time to heat up only to never got hotter than luke warm. It wasn't cramped for one person, but feels like it would be for more than two or three people
NZNZWas very angry that I booked this place thinking I would have a good place to sleep and rest, not knowing there was a party in the front house that was booked out as an Airbnb to a group of 18 year olds. Music, yelling and no resting or sleeping done by either me or my wife. Horrible stay. The cleanliness of the room was not to the standard it should have been. With ants crawling all through our room. A rusty saw blade just outside the entrance to the room. No happy with spending our money on what we got.

I arrived and someone was already in the room! I tried to contact the host and got no answer to my messages, SMS or calls. Super unprofessional. Please be very cautious booking this place.

Didnt realise it was a shed turned into a bedroom behind the owners house Don’t think it was worth the $ when we had realised there were marks on the walls looked like from food and cockroaches
NZIt was warm with the heater, the price, tidy, clean, that there was a jug, the bed was good and liked that there was cutlery, plate, cups. While the hosts didn’t respond to my message asking for a refund on the 3rd night, due to the smell, paid for 3 stayed only 2, they sounded pleasant in their communications. Signed a contract before staying. Location was Amazing for the conference was attending.
The smell, there was an unpleasant smell, I tried to be good, not complain and bear with it, but just couldn’t any longer. Would have liked a warmer shower. The fridge noisey, turned it off after Day 1. There also is a crack in the door, you can see through it. The people staying in the house blocked my driveway, did park behind them arriving home late about 10:30pm at night (it was my one request to have a carpark). Around midnight early hours could hear this angry swearing, people, not sure if they were neighbours or people in the house, it was unsettling on the 2nd night, and with the smell, crack in the door, left early as possible the next morning and booked in somewhere else.

FRNZSimple little studio to live in shower in the bathroom was great set up and very hygienic so close to all the city’s in Auckland look forward to staying here again
