"Die FeWo war für uns eine Enttäuschung, trotz sehr schöner und ruhiger Umgebung."

Die Lage der FeWo bzw. des Gebäudes ist hervorragend in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und in unmittelbarer Nähe von Strandzugängen und Wald. Generell bietet der kleine Ort Zempin viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und ist sehr geeignet für Gäste und Urlauber, die einen ruhigen Urlaub bevorzugen.

Die FeWo war minimalistisch eingerichtet mit wenige Ablage- und Stauflächen für die persönlichen Dinge und Kleider der Gäste. Das zwar große Doppelbett hatte kein verstellbares Kopfteil und war sehr niedrig (für ältere und evtl. gehbehinderte Personen nicht gut geeignet). Die äußerliche Sauberkeit und der verspielt-maritime Eindruck der FeWo konnten nicht über die generelle Sanierungsbedürftigkeit (TV-Gerät, Ab- und Wasserleitungen, Ausstattung der Küche) der Wohnung und des gesamten Gebäudes hinwegtäuschen.
