"The host was very good with all communication"

Spacious and comfortable and well laid out. Plenty of seating options and a great family room and kitchen. Good tv options.

"Perfect accommodation good location close to shops some small restaurants that were nice"

Fully equipped for our stay, we travelled as a family with friends and the accommodation was perfect

There was some damp areas in the living room the paint was very flaky on the walls in there

"Lovely house in a convenient location"

-Only 5-10 minutes walk to closest tram stop. -only 10-15 minute walk to the beach front. -full 3 bedroom house to yourself. -private garden at the rear. -lovely quiet residential area. -great communication from the house owner. -incredibly clean. -plenty of space for parking.

-parking is on road only (not really a big deal) -located right down at the bottom end of the promenade so if you don't want to spend money on a tram it's a bit of a walk to get to the central pier. -front door was stiff so didn't think the key worked at first. -notes said there was washing powder to use but could only find small remnants of what previous guests had left. -heating did not work at all untill i found the cupboard with the boiler and note to explain that you need to repressurise it. There was nothing anywhere else outside of that cupboard to even suggest that you would have to fiddle with the boiler. -electric fireplace In the living room didn't seem to throw out any heat. - bedroom window is very big so need to have curtains closed to have any privacy.

"Absolute gem of a place"

Starting with the communication, Holly answered all queries within an hour or so and was extremely accommodating on a short notice arrival time change. The location is great for those visiting Blackpool but not wanting the 24/7 noise and hurley burley. It's a six minute walk walk away from Starr Gate tram terminus and regular bus services into the centre. The house is on a quiet, tree lined, street and the wow factor starts the moment you pull up. The outside is very well presented and well kept and tidy. When you walk in you go from wow to WOW. It's immaculate. It's the first property we've stayed in where the photos don't do it justice (and please look at the photos again) Holly has the got the place looking fabulous. If you were viewing it to buy then you'd be putting in an offer. The sofas and beds are extremely comfy. The linen and towels and crockery and utensils are top quality. As a family we judge where we stay on if we would go back. If the availability is there then we'll definitely be booking again.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. No 12 is fantastic.

"Home from home"

House was clean & comfortable. Walking distance to train station & tram line. Great outdoor space which the kids loved. Would definitely stay again 😊
