The house has a great atmosphere and views of the town and mountains. It smells beautiful and the furniture is OK. I found a great running trail leading up the hill and through the woods, which was fantastic.

A tiny bit of upgrading would definitely help. The TV does not work, the kitchen could be better equipped and the fridge is very noisy. No wifi. Also, access by car is somewhat complicated, especially if you have a large car.
