Good location

The equipment of the apartment was partially outdated and broken. The swimming pools, which look beautiful on the picture are unfortunately out of order in winter time, it is not possible to swim there except in the summer. The behavior of the host was horrible and arrogant. They entered our apartment while we were out for a trip in Teide. During our absence and without any previous warning, they opened the apartment and let several workers enter there in order to replace the washing machine in our absence. Apparently the machine was suppose to be broken, but no one told us about it before. We were using it and I had my clothes in it just freshly washed. The workers have taken my clothes out and thrown it in a tube. We had laptops, passports and cash in the apartment while the foreign people were moving uncontrollably there. When we returned and found out, we were shocked. They left a mess there, plastic foils and spare parts were on the TV table in the living room, water was spilled all over in the bathroom and they left a huge cardboard from the washing machine standing on our terrace, so we could not use it anymore. I am travelling with booking frequently and always had the best possible experience, but this was just a nigtmare.
