The location and free parking right in front of the property

It’s an indeed a very old property and I did not like the facility including the fact that it has only one toilet and it’s downstairs so during night time, one has to go all the way down to use the toilet . The staircase makes absolutely too much noise . One of the rooms has a boiler system in it which is not safe for human and therefore, we couldn’t use that room

Value for money and good location.

Lacked some basic supplies; kitchen towel (paper towels provided) washing up liquid.

The house was in a good location.The bedrooms were roomy & beds were comfortable, nice big kitchen & quick responses when we had any questions.

The garden needed tidying , little limited on storage in the bedrooms & there could have been more pans etc but overall adequate space for our needs.

The property was ideal for our family get together. There’s a brilliant shop at the end of the street and with excellent customer service. It was an ideal location for our trips to the town and Conisborough.

the neighbours next door decided to have a fire and build a fence at 11.30pm at night drunk then when asked to be careful not to burn the fence as we were in the property they kicked off smashing on the front door with a bat and metal bar. when had to leave. unfortunately this doesn't help the hoist but it was shocking behaviour from the neighbours
