Overall the stay was good.

We were unexpectedly charged an additional R600 on our company credit card after our stay. The hosts were unable to explain the extra charge, and Booking.com support has not been helpful in resolving it. There were no damages, no extra services used, and we left the property spotless. It’s concerning to see unexplained fees with no invoice or justification. If you stay here, be sure to double-check your bank statements.

I liked that fact that the restaurant was close, in the building and had access to the gym

The balcony was close to the corridors and had no privacy

Safe parking, pleasant staff at reception, back up generator and the apartment building was very clean.

The pillows in the bedroom we completely flat, so we had to use the scatter cushions on the bed to sleep. The water used in the bathroom, which I understand is gray water, created a really bad odour in the bathroom, it was very unpleasant. The entire apartments needs a some attention. The apartment looks very modern, but the furniture has aged.

The apartment came better than advertised. Clean environment. All the staff was friendly from the security guards to the resturant staff. It was my first time booking out and I loved the experience. The host was very helpful during check in. Definitely recommend it and will be going back again.
