Infested with cockroaches, shower dirty

The Appartment was clean and neat

The Wi-Fi password was changed so had to buy my own data during my stay, there was no Netflix which made my stay boring cause I wanted to relax indoors

We liked that it was an apartment and not just a room. We liked the decor of the apartment, as well as the restaurant and the pool.

Both bins inside the apartment were broken, one light in the apartment was broken, the one elevator was broken, there were some raucous guests and there was (what seemed to be) cake on the bedroom ceiling.

Apartment was suppet clean and very nice

First and foremost, several of the facilities are not functioning properly, including the shower, which does not drain the water properly, causing the bathroom to flood. Additionally, I was appalled to find visible fungus growing in the unit, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The bed is another issue; it is not the comfortable sleeping arrangement I was promised, but rather a mattress placed on top of another mattress, which is not only uncomfortable but frankly intolerable. I could not stay another night in such a distasteful and unclean environment. The condition of the property is far from what was advertised, and I am unable to continue my stay here.

The checking in and out was an easy process. It’s quiet in and around the place. The pool area was clean. The restaurant looked nice. The kitchen was exquisite with the appliances. The security guards are very friendly and polite.

There was no electricity 80% of the time and we were never given the schedule. During our stay, there was never hot water.
