I like how understanding the staff was and easy to access and communicate with.

Absolutely disgusting service from the company, tried asking for £100 deposit for damages jus incase before I could even get the key code to access the property, when in fact it says in the 'important information' part that 'If you cause damage to the property during your stay. You could be asked to pay up to £100 after check out, according to this property's damage policy. So absolutely horrendous and unhelpful staff as they kept on ignoring my messages and not helping to resolve the situation when I had a toddler with me.

Unhelpful staff, tried asking for a deposit which was not mentioned on the booking ad, also the fact that they kept ignoring my messages on the app and make my whole experience stressful

It felt like a home

The tv would be better on a swivel bracket just incase you wanted to watch tv in bed

It’s just simple, modern and clean

The tv being on the wall like that

The room size was ok

The noise of outside ppl walking pass and the noise of cars going pass

Comfortable bed

The flat is right by a traffic light meaning noise is a real issue. Plus smell in the bathroom. Plus £100 deposit required for leisure traveller that took 2 weeks to be refunded after repeated requests.
