I'm a new traveler, so I can't compare much, but the few problems were minor and the management was communicative and attentive.

Minor details were things like a stove fan that didn't -- and couldn't -- work. Some doors that had to be adjusted in order close properly. Or a shelf placed in a situation where you could hardly get up from the table without banging into it. These are things that a homeowner can address, but I wouldn't know how much attention to such details a growing firm with hundreds of properties can give. All in all, from this inexperienced traveler, I was happy with what I got.

Great, large apartment in a good location very close to Amsterdam and Parque Mexico

Clean, spacious, great location

Check-in says 3pm and then got moved to 4pm, Wifi was not functional for a few days and was very spotty, would have appreciated tea and coffee supply for the duration of our stay as ad says tea and coffee is available

The location

Looking at thr appartment in the photos is little bitte different than the reality. I think booking.com should always ask owner to post newer photos of the premises which state the recent conditions. What i did not like about the appartment was the light civer in the living room was brocken in the past and no new cover was added instead. The dirty water near the washing machine fromm the cleaning broom was obvious. I was using the offered washing Maschine which do make very loud noise, I think it was never serviced or someone was controlling it. Many tiles lost there colors and never changed with newer one. I can understand of shape shape appartment ofer the mixed style between old looking and modern. But the owner try to present his appointment as modern looking and if so he should take care of keeping it as so. Handels and looks of the balcony door are missing which make looking the door as impossible (the appartment located in a jigher level so it was not the securityissue but the moise issue what matters). Once arriving going out of the elevator was unfortunately facing a dirty floor I was taking a photo but it do not show the real colors of the floor. For me if I come back to mexico city this appartment will not be considered as a choice for me
