Private Heated Pool, Jacuzzi & 1225m2 garden in Villa Cipreses

Loved the property layout. It was so spacious and as a family of 6 we didn’t feel cramped at all. The views and location were beautiful. Having the pool right outside the back door was perfect! It’s a very quite and private area, we couldn’t hear anyone else, Just some light traffic on the roads.

The gardens looked nothing like the pictures, very overgrown and not well kept. We could only really use the bottom area as the rest was hard to access. Which was a massive shame. Also, there was no spare bedding or towels. Everything needed a really good clean. there were no cleaning products in the villa, so we had to go and buy some. Also, the kitchen was very old and things were falling apart as we used it. Same goes for the BBQ. We wished there was a welcome book, with things like restaurant recommendations and taxi numbers, WiFi passwords, etc. it was extremely hard to get a taxi and the Ubers were around 20€ For a 8 min drive.

It's lovely a bit oldish traditional Spanish style villa. We Realy liked it and enjoyed it. I have to admit that this was our therd villa in our trip and we liked all of them, however there is no perfect properties and you can find flows and bonuses in all of them. We had small issues with the ants in all our three villas - and its national issue. Can't Realy blame much owners. Overall this villa was great and big thanks for opportunity to enjoy it. We rented the car and had no issues. But people even without cars can use taxi. Location is Realy good. Frigiliana restorans is only 3 min drive away. 10 min Nerja town center.

When you enter the property there is fabulous water fountain - but it's out of order. There is huge garden and large amount of greenery - even if I know its very hard to look after all this massive garden - would like to see that it's a bit better looked after and less mess like old leafs in some parts of the garden. I would wish second wifi router in house - like WiFi mesh system, as if you go inside in second or last bedroom you have no wifi signal. Dish washing machine is very old and not cleaning dishes properly enymore - require upgrade. Even if it's stating that pool is heated - there is no option to control watter temperature - I had two disabled parents with me who would prefer watter a bit warmer. Would like to see some kind of welcome pack for guests - some booklets and information like taxi information and what's near by and what to explore and what activities to consider.

Superb outside space, lots of different areas to sit and relax and take in the different views, mountains, sea etc. Jacuzzi was great addition and the heated pool is fantastic. I wanted a relaxing holiday where we would spend lots of time together as a family mainly at the property enjoying the outside space and in the pool etc and this property provides that. The villa is very nice and comfortable. Very quiet location, the main road to Frigiliana is at the back of property so a little road noise at times but nothing bad enough to put me off returning.

Kitchen was functional and OK but some drawer knobs missing, sticking drawers difficult to open, small issues but a little investment in updating would make this villa amazing. Also a simple one page property information guide at the villa would be very helpful. It took us a few days to figure out what to do with rubbish bags etc.

Lovely place to stay, very secluded, nice chilling out on the patio next to the pool. Has everything you need inside.

No spare bed sheets, Jacuzzi in my opinion too far from property, although lovely to use. Outside wasn’t as clean as we liked, leaves and debris not cleared. Lots of cuttings left on the grounds. Grass not cut / shrubs not cut. But still a lovely place despite this.
