AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!!! No heating: central “underfloor” heating not working. Had to spend the night in a very cold apartment Key: They have electronic key which requires you down load an app before you can use it - without considering the if the tenant have smart phone or may not. Or if they have memory space to download an app Extortion: charging me £25 to get an extra electric key for an apartment that is about £60 /night is just day light robbery. Despite paying for two people they still charge another £25 on the night to give me extra key - thieves!!! Environment: reception, lift and hall way smell really badly with litters everywhere Bathroom: looks good but have broken tiles which injured me during my stay

Needs maintenance, upon arrival noticed a really bad smell in the bathroom. The toilet seat also fell off when I lifted the lid! It's a shame as the overall look of the apartment is nice. It just needs to be looked after properly
