Esta cerca de la playa.

Me parece decepcionante. Las fotos estás sacadas de cuando se pinto la casa y a partir de ahí, un mantenimiento muy justo. La casa está muy trillada y no todo vale. Se ofrece la casa para 6/7 personas con un termo que se acaba con 2/3 duchas, como puede ser? La empresa que lo alquila no se hace responsable y como no hay contacto con el propietario, no hay nada que hacer. La casa no huele a limpio porque lo no está. Todo esto es muy fácil de solventar pero parece que no están por la labor de gastar un poco para ofrecer calidad. No volvería.

Es el segundo año que vamos a este apartamento. Está muy bien ubicado, bien reformado, es bonito y , edificio es cómodo.

Estaba sucio, muy sucio. Todo necesita un buen lavado, incluso las paredes. Nos encontramos sábanas sucias con olor a sudor, faltaban fundas de almohadas, toallas de tamaño pequeño, luz del baño pequeño rotas,por lo que no se podía utilizar. En la habitación de camas nido, las camas rotas y los colchones de abajo realmente sucios. Faltaba menaje de cocina y la cafetera estaba rota y la tostadora no estaba bien, cuando la utilizábamos saltaban los plomos.. La funda del sofá muy sucia y los cojines con olor a sudor. La cuna de viaje que hay en un armario le falta el colchón. Gestión apartamento - la verdad, muy complicado hablar con la agencia. Después de conseguir hablar con ellos, nos dieron, en diferentes días, toallas, vasos y cafetera, funda almohadas y pusieron un foco en el baño pequeño . En cuanto a la limpieza, que es básico, y otros temas, tampoco hicieron nada al respecto. Y tampoco se disculparon por nada de lo ocurrido. Es una pena que un apartamento que está tan bien, tenga tan mala gestión y cuidado. Espero que ésto mejore y podamos volver a este apartamento.

"Poor customer service."

If you are considering booking 186A Magnifico Apartment in Gijon then please think again. The property is tan by R2R Consultancy. The apartment was not ready on our arrival. We had to leave for the cleaners to come in. The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. R2R said they would provide a travel cot then last minute at 9pm said they couldn’t which meant we have to go to a supermarket and get one. They said this supermarket didn’t have one but obviously they never tried. We asked for the apartment to be cleaned again and they ignored this during our stay as well as other questions, asking for towels and toilet roll. There were no basic supplies such as tea towels or washing up liquid. The noise from the apartment next door at night was horrendous. There were homeless people knocking the door for money. On our return, we were told we could contact for reimbursement for the first night. R2R refunded the cot grudgingly 2 weeks later but nothing for anything else. They have also responded to emails with cheeky examples and using a tone rather aggressive and not interested in anything we have to say.
