The apartment is clean and in a good location.

The furnitures are old, some are even broken. Some appliances are non-functional, and there are no toiletries included.

the balcony door is not closing properly and the blinds are stuck and cannot pull down

Very good location. Handy to have a washing machine.

Appliances/ furniture needs updating.

Space! It was very spacious. There was so much room, particularly in the bedroom. We were able to leave all our suitcases wide open throughout our stay and we still have space to walk around the room. We also liked the huge walk-in closet and to have ALL our outfits hung helped ease our outing days. The unit was also very clean and the facilities were complete. We had enough clean towels, lots of pillows and blankets for everyone. Home away from home. Kitchen was complete and we were able to have home-cooked meals throughout our stay. There were 2 balconies, 1 can be accessed from the living room and the other from the bedroom, which I liked because I had my morning coffees there as I watched the sunrise.

Wish there were 2 toilets instead of just the one in the bedroom as those who were with us sleeping in the living room couldn't go to CR/toilet when we were already asleep in the bedroom. Or maybe even, if the toilet was in the common area instead of the bedroom. Other than that, there wasn't really much to dislike about the unit. It was obvious that the property owner had paid a lot of attention to customers' needs.
