"Property not what is advertised"

Communication was good. Very responsive to water leak in room. Quiet area some nice restaurants up on main road.

This is not 3 bedroom apartment. It is a 1.5 bedroom. I queen bed which has tv in this area, and other beds are fold down beds, two of which are in living kitchenette area. So space is limited. The property is being renovated so there are no site facilities. No restaurant or room service and whilst 1 pool is in use there are no lounges or umbrellas. We were not disturbed by any renovation noise. Room itself has washing machine but no hair-dryer and limited kitchen items and bedding. Property Address is actually Anagatta hotel Tanjung Benoa. Our driver could not find address listed.
