aircondition was very well functioning, the apartment is situated in a quite nice neigbourhod

the apartment wasnt clean, the sofa in the living room/open kitchen was extreemly dirty and severly damaged, the gliding door to the bathroom at the floor was not funktioning, the electricity went off and we havnd been able to have elektricity for one evening/night. we could not reach the landlord for help and also the very nice and kind lady from booking com wasnt able to reach them. in the end at the next day a neighbour had helped us. the parking situation is horrible and very expensive. never again with a car in this area , without a booked parking place

The property is extremely misrepresented by the photos on the website. The dining furniture is a set of plastic chairs and a makeshift table and the light fitting is missing. The interior finishes are not as featured in the photos. The property owners confirmed our apartment was not the one featured however they were not interested in offering any solution or consideration. The bedding was of a poor quality and the pillow cases were stained. Pieces of kitchen cabinetry had been removed and were under the bed. Oven was dirty. Advertised appliances were missing and there is no fireplace as advertised. Walls have many scuff marks and are in need of maintenance.

This was a decent amount of space (2 bed apartment) for the price, and it was impeccably clean.

We didn’t really like this place overall. Please change out the couch! It was horrendous to sit on (let alone sleep on)! The biggest complaint we had was that it was really, really small. Both beds were kid lengths, so my husband and father in law had their feet hanging off. It was hard to move around, let alone have luggage etc. It was in a very quiet part of town, but you had to take the metro to get to any of the sites, at least in hot weather!

La atencion de las personas encargadas y la ubicacion

En las camas es imposible que duerman 2 personas adultas, dormirian 2 niños y apretados. Es un timo que aparezca que pueden dormir cuatro personas. Lo que hay son dos camas de 1,35

A localização é excelente, com acesso muito bom por metrô. O bairro é limpo, seguro e bem frequentado. O acesso ao apartamento é por elevador e o ar condicionado é ótimo.

Os banheiros são bons mas precisam de revisão nas válvulas de descarga.

La ubicación es perfecta! Muy seguro y lleno de sitios lindos para desayunar o comprar cosas básicas. El departamento está remodelado y tiene persianas exteriores que ayudaban con la bulla y la luz.

Un poco pequeña las camas, pero de todas maneras no fue problema

El apartamento necesita mantenimiento. Decoración y todo muy nuevo pero faltaba un pomo en una de las puertas, el armario del baño estaba roto, la cama de una habitación el colchon muy desgastado por uso y la puerta de la calle no abria facilmente. Por el resto, estaba genial el apartamento, nos trajeron un plumas extra rapidamente cuando les pedimos y era muy bonito el apartamento.
