There was a broken balustrade on the upper balcony, which is situated at a significant height. It was concerning that the owner appeared unaware of this issue, especially given that a maintenance manager is responsible for the property’s upkeep. We had to remain extremely vigilant throughout the weekend to ensure our children’s safety due to the height and condition of the balcony. Even if the balustrade had not been broken, we would not recommend this apartment for families with young children, as the balcony is unsafe for unsupervised play. Additionally, the steep staircase leading up to the unit may pose a challenge for older individuals.

The hosts were very helpful and very attentive.

One of the only self-catering places I have been to which had all the amenities needed on holiday. We experienced loadshedding on our stay, but with this the hosts are well prepared. Available emergency lights, a small gas stove and kettle as well for convenience. My family loved it. It's like you are home from home.

The keys were at the security gate, which made it very convenient. The property is right next to the Beach, you get a little bit of Beach view from the living room. The Kitchen is very nice and Modern. Couches are very Nice and Comfy. The swimming pool is very convenient, and always clean.

The Geyser stopped working the day before booking out. On the day of booking out, water was cut-off in the morning around 8:30 for maintenance - we did not receive any notice of such. I was stuck in the shower with Soap on my Body - Considering that i was also taking a cold shower, since the geyser was not working. The Beds are super hard, we woke up with our body aching. The Master bedroom's Bed even has a slope ontop of being too hard.

Property was very clean, beautiful location and well kept. Modern with good facilities

Very minor things - no bathroom door in the double bed room WiFi was a little slow. But otherwise things were great! No obvious warning signs about monkeys could have that up for future guests
