Luxury 10 Bed Palace w/ Parking

Nothing other than the location.

- It took us 45 minutes to find address due to the error, advertising of house number. - We couldn’t get into the car park because there was NO key fob and NO parking permit pass that was mentioned to be in the kitchen. We didn’t find it as wasn’t there. - The garden was like a TRASH LAND with with lots of DAMAGED items which made it very UNSAFE for the children to play in due to health and safety reasons. - There was NO remote control for the TV. - The main living room lights wasn’t working at all. - There was only 3 forks in the kitchen draw (between 12 people) - 2 of the bed base was VERY damaged, This caused the mattress to be very very uncomfortable to sleep on during our stay. ALL OF THE ABOVE WAS REPORTED BUT NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT DURING OUR STAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The location was close to the city centre.

Just to note, they have multiple properties, and the one we landed just happened to be a bad experience; other apartments might be in better nick. The apartment was in pretty bad shape when we checked in. The back door struggled to close, light bulbs and mirrors were smashed. There were blood stains on walls and carpets and moldy food in drawers. There wasn't enough cutlery for the number they claim to host. There was also no WiFi for the entire week. They also took the deposit off me twice and had to pester to get that back through various avenues. We were unable to empty our rubbish into the outdoor bin as it was full from the previous hosting, and sadly this ended up attracting rats. We reported all these issues when we arrived but nothing was ever rectified other than the deposit return.

Great Property and space to spend time with friends ! lots of bed space and amenities where great. In a good location

We were Two families meeting up for the Christmas market was a really nice property in a brilliant location just want we needed plenty of rooms and the beds were really comfortable . One car space but plenty of free parking on next street never had that staying in Birmingham. Definitely stay again

semi detached property with good sized rooms and 3 toilets. Location 15 min walk from centre. nice garden.

issue with the wifi took 24 hours to settle from their end. not enough cutlery and glasses for 10, no wine glasses.

Location was perfect and property was very spacious. Rooms are all perfectly sized and it accommodated all my guests as expected

Housekeeping was not excellent at all and property owner should pay more attention to cleaning .the garden area was not cleaned at all and it had plenty black rubbish bags litered everywhere rather than in a bin.
