GBThe location is perfect and the apartment served me well for my time in Cape Town. The apartment was appointmented with the basic facilities and equipment required, with comfortable furniture. Most importantly, on arrival the apartment was clean, along with the linen. Easy access to local amenities in a safe and secure environment.
Some confusion with check out time following a late check out agreement, but this wasn't the end of the world for me.

That even though doing the booking through Booking.com there was more admin to complete on arrival Booking an apartment while on holiday you are not allowed day visitors. Especially when your partner is down here on holiday. Being the primary person who made the booking why is it that they wanted the 2nds guest ID Number, Name, Surname and where they are from. No other place asks that I registered a few matters of concern pertaining to the apartment, ie lose toilet seat, coffee machine cup holder was broken, both taps in the kitchen and shower where dripping constantly, the freezer draw was broken and someone could easily cut themselves on it and one of the towels had holes in it. They acknowledge my concerns but during our stay no one came out to attend to it. My deposit has still not been refunded.
