I liked everything about this property & it's location. It was clean, comfortable, great view and conveniently situated within walking distance to beach/pubs/restaurants. We had some issues, but the agent was quick to respond and organise prompt repairs where necessary. I didn't mind the school noise as I am an early riser anyway, but my husband didn't like it.

My husband found this property too noisy as it is right next to the primary school so you get woken up by school traffic noise. He didn't like that the 2nd bedroom was right by the lift so constantly hearing people in and out and up and down and doors slamming. The BBQ doesn't work properly, the agent said it's due to a known design flaw, so it pumps the entire house full of smoke. Consider a 'do not use' sign, or 'keep all doors and windows shut' sign. The lights didn't work properly - needed repairs The washing machine started leaking - needed repairs The agent was very responsive regarding all the above. The lights and washing machine issues may have been unforeseen, however the BBQ issue should be mentioned ahead of time. The pool isn't heated.

Place was clean

Poor service. Problems with electricity, water, wifi, lights,. Cupboards falling apart

Everything was exceptional

Short a dustbin in the kitchen

The fact that we got a brand new place.

There is no refuse bin in the flat.
