Rest hours must be respected, from 24:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. The parking spaces are private and each apartment has its own space. Please, we ask you not to park in a space other than the one assigned to you by the real estate agency. In the event that there is a vehicle in your parking lot blocking you to park, let us know and we will take care of it. It is strictly prohibited: * To carry out any activity that goes against the rules of coexistence or normal operating regime. * To organize parties and have barbecues on the terraces. * To hang towels or clothes on the terrace railings. * To smoke in common areasThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
