Good location

No swimming pool.

The room was very clean, the staff is always super friendly and courteous, the complementary breakfast in the morning is excellent, and features items such as sausage, gravy with biscuits, pancakes, cereal, all kinds of juices and milk, scrambled eggs and omelettes, bacon, etc. This is my fourth time staying here in the past year, I never have any issues with noise or a dirty room or anything of that nature. An excellent place to stay.

Staff were great, especially Jennifer at check in. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Room 319 has flakes or paint splatter on bathroom floor. Clocks are not set -couldn’t figure out how. Door to room sticks badly. Breakfast was crowded and food did not keep up with demand. We will be back!

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast are great! Plenty of fresh bacon too😁. We stay here often because it is convenient, clean, and a good value.

The rooms are as nice as the one's I stay in during the week at Hilton Home2Suites in Port Arthur. Clean hotel. Nice rooms.Great rooms for the price. Since my company pay's for the Hilton, I'm paying for this one. WiFi could be better, but hey, I'm not complaining. Great breakfast. I'm re-booking here for two more weekends until my house is done for move in. Staff is courtious, beds are comfortable. And my cat would not stay out of the window! (which we could have, refundable fee required) Which is what made us book here.

The desk staff went out of their to help us with extra items we forgot. They were very friendly and greeted us by name. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices.

Rooms are very clean, and beds are very comfortable.

If needing to stay in the area again, I will gladly stay there again.
