"Badly managed property."

The villa it self was nice , but its not the villa i have a problem with. Its the owner and their behaviour afterwards once the villa got completely flooded and the wall to the propety was destroyed.

Owner refuses to even admit to the massive flood that caused the entire property to get flooded and the outer wall to collapse, causing stray dogs to enter the garden. The entire 2nd night the rain was crazy intense and it flooded the entire property. Owner refuses to reply to booking.com inquiry about the flood and damage to the property, owner didnt offer any compensation in person, and said to find a different property at own cost (without an offer of refund for the remaining stay even). In general, good place but beware. If a problem occurs, dont expect any understanding from the owner or refund, even if the property is unlivable. Which it was . And still not a single dollar was offered by the owner as a refund.

The outdoor bathroom and toilet were a lovely surprise. There was lovely maid Prutti that came in every day to clean.

A surcharge for a taxi cancellation, which was overpriced.

Very nice house, quiet and well equipped. Loved our stay!

Pillows can be better. Room sliding door needs maintenance.
