100m to a beach Spacious apartm

The apartment has an excellent location, 50m walk to ti reach a seafront and about 200 meters walk to get to the beach.

After arrival, on Christmas Eve at 8pm , we entered the apartment and realised that it wasn't cleaned after pervious guest have left. We have called the stuff, and they've said:" We are sorry, but we have a lot of apartments, so these things sometimes happen." After a while, they have provided two bedroom apartment for five of us and one person should be sleeping on the sofa (not sofa bed!) which wasn't acceptable. After we had refused the offer, they said that they could not help us to find another apartment because everything is booked already. Another offer was that we change the sheets by ourselves and wait for the cleaning service the next day! We have contacted Booking customer service, and they offered 3 apartments to choose from. The accommodation was in the town about 20 minutes away from this one. We paid on our own this apartment, and the price was approximately 40 euros higher. We arrived in this apartment around 11 pm!!! 100m to a beach Spacious apartment returned money for the first night, but we haven't received back the full amount, but something like 90% so at the end the difference we had to pay was around 60 euros. After contacting Booking customer service to refund the difference, they've said that they can not refund this money. Overall, this is a good example of how Booking customer service works and how much they don't care about their customers but only their profit!!! After all of this hassle, the least thing they could have done is refund us in full amount! More about the apartment, the terrace is simply a common laundry area. Even after cleaning was done, I wouldn't say that the apartment was clean enough, especially glasses and chair pillows. Furthermore, the water pressure was so low that most of the time we were not able to take a shower!

Love the location! Kitchen is well equipped, You can cook or bake anything. Plenty of glasses etc

- Definitely not for 6 person, max 5 as two beds are too much for the small bedroom (its possible to take it to the biggest bedroom or kitchen, but this does not fit every group) - Watter pressure was a joke (it was changing during the day, but still I was not able to was my hair) - Kitchen is full with small ants, which gets into anything left on the bar/table (we saw them right after we checked in) - box used by the owner to handle keys is not ment to be keybox. At checkin we get letter saying so and it was locked at checkout - beds are very soft - terrace on the roof had brokem glass door in the middle, did not look good at all (apartment do have only big window, no own terrace)

Well located in a typical Playa San Juan residential street. In terms of facilities the apartment is well-equipped and overall pretty spacious, and so could be a good place for larger groups to stay. The internal facilities are as described.

Much of the apartment could do with some upgrading, particularly in terms of the bedrooms and beds. The overall impression on arrival is that the place is much darker than the pictures suggest. The terrace is simply the top floor of the apartment block which the six apartments in the block use for drying washing.
