Location was great Modern room Nicely decorated

No aircon in bedroom Lack of hangers in the cupboard Towels were abit dirty on arrival Lack of toilet paper Kitchen chairs were broken / faulty Problem with picking up keys, owner did not provide a pass for the first 2 nights so relied on consierge to let me into building

Location, size, comfortable bed, good shower and good size kitchen. Secure parking a big bonus.

Problems on check in getting hold of blipper for garage. This should have been sorted before we got there. A/C didn't seem to work, fan came on but no cold air. A bit tight on consumables e.g. one toilet roll for two people for a week! Location was good but could be noisy - we didn't mind but others might.

Was checked into a different property to the one I booked. The one I booked had aircon and significantly nicer furnishings/finishes. I was checked into a different apartment, with no aircon (other than a small portable one) and minimal furnishings

Location was great. Within walking distance from everything.

Front of house staff were not too friendly when we arrived at 22:30 on the first day although we stipulated it that way. Wifi does not work. Unit does not have power during loadshedding, although the building seems to have backup power.

This is South Africa. load shedding is here to stay. provide your guests with a light or at least a candle. Being left in the total dark is just totally unacceptable. get an inverter or don't rent out your place or tell guests to bring their own torches
