I really appreciated the support I received from Marina at Xuru Agency. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my questions and handling my requests at any time.

the experience was quite disappointing. First, the location was difficult to access due to a reroute that we were never informed about prior to our travel. This made it very inconvenient to reach the property, and once we arrived, we found that getting transportation within Gouna was a real challenge—none of the local services were willing to accommodate our requests. To make matters worse, the studio was not clean when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves just to make it livable, which was not what we expected after a long trip.
