Sapphire Beachfront Condo #1108

We were in the hot tub , and got accused of vaping , and threatened with a 500 dollar ticket , twice, and never vaped , then we were given apologies, and then told they were just letting us know that pool area closed at 10pm, and then later found out others got to stay until 11pm , we will went to Margaritaville for the remainder of the trip , it was a blast there !

Grill didn’t work. Evening time staff at front desk were awful and very unprofessional. I’ve already reached out the GM about the evening time manager, Addy. She is absolutely unprofessional and has no business working in customer service. Property management company La Copa was amazing! Lina was so helpful and kind!

Scratchy sheets, noisy and appliance issues

They did not allow us in the property even after we booked the reservation a month before and they told us the reservation was not in . This is was complete mess as me stranded with my family and kid in the night where no place to go .

What's not to like? We truly enjoyed our time at SPI. Especially gorgeous view from our balcony!

The pool was very big, as was the jacuzzi. It was right on the beach, and I had a theater. The gym was awesome. The rooms and bathrooms were big and the view was beautiful. The full kitchen was perfect. The pool was open longer than other hotels/condominiums.Bathrooms had bodywash and soap(though they were almost out).

There are so many rules we couldn't fully relax. All these rules came after we paid for it a whole booklet of rules. We couldn't have any guest over for any amount of time, not even as a check-in and out options for them. So my mother in law could not wish me a happy birthday. We were told she had to meet us on the beach, the only place she could go. We didn't get to go to the theater because it was closed due to the a/c breaking for the theater and gym. The place has no pool towels. The woman at the front desk said to use the room towels, but the rules said not to use them for the pool. So you have to buy your own towels. There is no music at the pool policy, and they didn't even have music. We were listening to margaritaville. There was no bar, but margaritaville had one, so like everyone else at the hotel, we went to get some from them. People in our group were commenting how it looked way more fun on the other side. Also, we check the theater, and you need a DVD (they dont carry their own), so you have to go buy that too. The decor was pretty, but there were no baby plugs on the outlets even though it was advertised. The coffee table was dent in, too, which was crazy because it was metal. The dining table was stuffed in the corner, and it can open up to get bigger, but there is no room to place it. The parking is only 2 cars but our room held 8 people so we can go to the car pool. They had cabanas for a charge even though it was deadbamd noone was at the pool. Host NEVER responded to any of my questions. We also checked with the front desk. Yes, they do kick out anyone not on your guest list in which you need their full name and age, and you can only have those listed guest the entire stay. So you can't have different people as we wanted the 1st day and the other people the other day as we wanted. We had to pay for different condominiums on the 1st day for my cousins to stay, and we just lost out on the 1st day of stay because of that.

The condo was very nice and clean. Great view of the ocean.
