Central Location

No hot water, dirty sheets, no direct lift service, wet towels, broken blinds, heating turned off from April. Incompetent, unprofessional hosts who send a cleaner & carpenter to fix a boiler issue. I wasted 8am to 1pm on this issue. They tried to make me feel like I should be grateful with being taken to another flat for one hot shower. These folks happy to take your money and when I said I wanted a refund they offered £102. I said no give me £135 for lack of facilities & waste of my time, I was there for work they said no we will give you the £102 plus a complimentary stay for one night so I said £135 and no interest in staying in such an accommodation again. I said I would give an honest review to which they said please spare us a bad review and don't escalate the issue with booking.com. I said give me £135 and I will write no review. Obviously they said no apparently this was against their principles and threatening. Folks these hosts dont have standards. I said I was negotiating and asking for fair 50% back for all of the above issues & a waste of my time, which has continued. If your plan is to get drunk then you probably won't care or notice. If I have saved others from such a poor experience and deprives these so called hosts from further profit, then job done ✔️ 👏

convenient location, close to shops, beach, bus stop

no black out blinds in the lounge if there are more than 2 people staying and the windows are paper thin, outside noise and cold comes through easily. no teaspoons in the kitchen :)

The flat was in an incredible location. It was fairly noisy outside but it’s in the middle of a bustling city! It was super comfy and clean and felt very safe. I’d recommend this accommodation

Waiting for an hour to get the key outside in the cold. Some of the blinds were damaged couldn’t close. Dirty cutlery in draw. Liked the aesthetic of living room and comfortable sofa. Convenient location

The property and location were excellent! When I encountered an issue the host was quick to respond and resolved it immediately. Fantastic customer service and very friendly attitude. The value for money was good and I would definitely return and recommend the property.

Very convenient for central Brighton. Access information was not straightforward. Accommodation was a good size. Shower and water temperature was only warm. TV signal was awful. Clearly a new rental as virtually all the pictures had nothing in the frames. Bed was comfortable enough but pillows weren’t. Duvet cover too small for duvet. Overall, lots of small details that needed attention to make this a good place to stay. Lastly, an Argos delivery kept calling and had to be accepted first thing in the morning! Why?
