Security service, difficult to collect keys. Apartment not clean as I had expected.

Security visibility was good.

No milk or water in the fridge. Both sliding doors were not working properly. Cheap broken chairs. Cheap and old cutlery. Smelly couch. One light in the living room was flickering. Bed making sounds.

shockingly poor management company lastay. Poor comms, poor service and an abject inability to just apologise.
