Grand Canyon Ranch Home - Western History - Big city lot - AC!

We loved it’s authenticity and comfort. It was for a moment our home away from home. I love how quickly they responded, immediately after we booked with details and door code. The home was well appointed, well stocked and comfortable. We loved the extra touches, a coffee bar, a digital picture frame with local photography, books, games, cards, extra blankets. Framed notes describing how things worked in the household. They literally thought of everything. This little farm comes in 2nd out of the last decade of our extensive vacation rental use, beat out by #1 only because it was in Italy, a b&b with a foreign hostess who was amazing and also provided that best breakfast spread we’ve had. I strongly recommend! I most certainly will be staying again on our next trip to the Grand Canyon.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The hosts Sylvie and Kevin were amazing, the location was great, the decor was superb, the home was stocked with everything we needed, and most importantly it was very clean.

There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t like!

The property was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, bed was comfortable, home and yard was child friendly. Check-in was easy. We had a great stay.

I had received several e-mails from the host ( Kevin ) prior to our arrival giving lots of useful information. The house far exceeded our expectations and was immaculate throughout. Everything had a feel of High quality. We only stayed 1 night but wished we had more time to stay longer

This is truly like a home away from home. It is very comfortable. The furnishings are well thought out and beautiful also! It’s a great location for walking to local restaurants and the train station if you’re taking a ride by train to the Grand Canyon. Now I will add that if you are planning on staying inside and watching tv or doing a lot of cooking in the middle of the day in July, this might not be the house for you since there is no A/C. We weren’t home during the day so it wasn’t an issue for us even though we were staying here during the middle of July. At night with the windows open and the fans going it was perfect, even kinda chilly for this Louisiana girl.

If I would have to say anything I didn’t like, I guess being picky, I would say the neighborhood isn’t really pretty. Most of the houses in the area are small and run down but it was quiet and peaceful so it really is just an aesthetic thing.

It was all amazing definitely gonna go back!

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like

It is a great place with comfortable beds and plenty of activities. It is close to the center and has private parking.

Unfortunately we had some issues finding the place and when I tried calling the number listed (multiple times) I didn’t get a response…to be fair I did get an email regarding information about the location. But it still would have been nice to have a number you can rely on.

Kevin was a great host, we really enjoyed the space and highly recommend.
