Apartamento genial, limpio y bien ubicado, cerca de la playa del Vau. Muy recomendable

Would be better check in from 15.00 And check out little bit longer. Like at least 12.00

Es war dreckig, fehlende Oberbetten und die vorhandenen dreckig, Spülmaschine Geschirrablage verrostet, Putz kommt von den Wänden, Gasherd und Wand voller Fettspritzer, im Badezimmer waren noch Haare in der Dusche Mängel wurden fotografiert und gemeldet ohne Reaktion

The apartment was ice cold when we arrived, the paint on thewalls in the living room was coming off because of water damage and had a weird smell. The floor was dirty. There were no duvetcovers in the beds only undersheets and no duvets and we sent message to the host about it but nothing happened.

Estaba muy limpio y es espacioso, en el apartamento había de todo.

Cuando llegamos el chico que nos recibió no sabía cuál era el apartamento y tuvimos que buscarlo nosotras. Las llaves las tuvimos que dejar dentro y después para salir tuvimos que molestar a a un vecino.

Todo bien. Me ha gustado. Hay todo lo necesario y está en buena ubicación.

Lovely spacious apartment

There was no mention when booking that the property has a very steep slope to get up, then a further 31 steps before you reach the lift. My mum has had 2 hip operations and cannot manage steps without difficulty. Upon arrival the host watched us struggle up these steps with all our luggage. We later discovered a walkway leading to a back door that meant you could avoid the steps but we hadn’t been shown this, given mum’s difficulty we should have been. The staff were very unhelpful and couldn’t give us a key so we could use this door, stating that the property owner didn’t supply one. I asked if they could call the owner to request this then later received a message saying they didn’t have a key. The property is advertised as ‘beachfront’ but to get to the beach you have to cross a dual carriageway, cross wasteland, then get past another row of houses! The beach is at least 500m from the property. When calling the host you never get an answer, instead they call you back when they can. The staff are clearly not interested in their customers. We were there 4 days before I called to ask if the linens would be changed, the call was made at 9am on Saturday but not answered. I called again on Sunday and was advised they’d send someone. The linens were finally changed on Monday. We’d been there 6 days by then. The property has two bathrooms but we found when using both at the same time that the water temperature suddenly plummets so beware.

Um excelente condomínio privado e seguro, um apartamento bastante amplo e moderno, excelentes vistas e bem localizado. Quem entregou as chaves bastante simpática. Aconselho a 100%

A hora do check out é muito cedo, 10 horas. Valorizo bastante os horários do check out as 12horas, porque quando estamos de ferias, no ultima noite gostamos de sair para jantar e curtir a noite até mais tarde, como forma de despedida das ferias, e ter um check out as 10h não é muito agradável.
