GBThe information including Wi-Fi, key codes was given by email and updated on the app in a timely manner and was easy to navigate. The key box was a little fiddley (possibly due to my fat fingers) but it did not cause any major problems. The accommodation was exceptional, beautifully and tastefully decorated and attention given to comfort and luxury and not just to providing. It was clean and well equipped - we had everything we needed for our stay, we were comfortable all could sit together in the large lounge/dining/kitchen area with space enough for all with comfort. The layout of the property is fabulous and well thought out, using it all to it's full potential. For a large party - this house is second to none. Ideal location for the amazingly beautiful town of Bowness. The hot tub was an added bonus and we all used it at varying times throughout our stay. Delightful property and would recommend it to all.

GBGBThe location and the room sizes especially the dining and kitchen area were great. We also enjoyed the hot tub too. All in all a lovely stay.
The bathtub bathroom had a slow draining sink which was annoying. The doors all slammed which i appreciate is probably a fire requirement for closure but I'm sure they can be adjusted.

GBGBThe view was beautiful, the property itself was clean tidy and had everything (except a whisk only fault but we bought one no issue) that we needed. All rooms were spacious all with TVs. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming to the lakes again would also stay here again.
The only issue was the loading and unloading the car, but saying that the parking of the car was close.
GBGBHouse was beautiful , location was beautiful, hosts were fabulous.
Maybe a little more seating outside but that wasn't a major thing.
