I did not stay in this place this was a scam

This is a scam . My booking was cancelled on the day and I was never refunded. I wrote to you and no one replied . This is a scam , you need to remove them from your system.

No such property at address given

Couldn't get hold of hosts to query where the accomodation was as it is not at address given

Nothing

I paid. Called the owner of the property, trying to arrange access with no luck. I sent him a message, which he responded to say he was in a meeting, and does not know how we booked his property as it was fully booked for the weekend. He said I must cancel. I emailed booking.com for assistance. I am still waiting for feedback but did not receive the money back.

More kitchen utensils.

Everything was perfect, from the host to the surroundings, and the property is not far from the mall. WiFi was super fast and there’s always hot water available 👌🏾

If I could add on please supply enough toilet paper especially if it’s more than a 2 nights stay and a family of 3. Also add 2 chairs that can be used for just the balcony so we don’t use the small couches from inside.
