There is nothing really that I could say I didn’t like host was great. Stay was great.

The location is great, it’s clean and family friendly and the pool area was good.

We were not informed of the construction that was ongoing prior to finalizing our booking. The noise that we had to endure every day starting at 8:00 until 4:00pm and the workers going up and down in front of our balcony all day made the balcony unusable until late in the evening. One morning we were trying to ignore the loud drilling and commotion and all of a sudden we were covered in SAWDUST and it even went in to our coffee cups!!! That was IT for us, we tried hard to overlook things but at some point enough is enough! I reported that both bathroom sinks and the shower was not draining well . Showering while standing in dirty water above the ankles isn’t too sanitary now is it? I was told they would be fixed the following day. They fixed one bathroom sink and the shower but the other bathroom sink was not fixed so instead of having strangers in and out of the condo I took it upon myself to take the sink trap apart and clean it. Pictures are posted below. We had to buy new batteries for both of the tv remotes so we could watch tv. This vacation was intended for the sole purpose of PEACE and RELAXATION, no cell phones and us sleeping in til WHENEVER not being rudely awaken by drills and hammering!!! 5 out of the 7 mornings at approximately 8:03am it started. And it instantly put my wife in a bad mood. Had we been told about the construction going on we def would have looked else where. When I reached out to the “Host” she said the rental was already discounted and she could only reimburse us $75 if we had Cash App. I had no idea what she meant about “already being discounted” bc we went thru “Booking.com” We aren’t people that are always looking for a free handout but we are people that works hard for our money and believe in being treated fairly and most importantly being treated with RESPECT. And the $75 reimbursement seems disrespectful to us. This was a vacation costing us $1062 and the refund was only $75??
