NU VOI MAI INCHIRIA DE LA ACEST DOMN, MEREU EXISTA CATE O PROBLEMA. Prima data cand m-am cazat aici in urma cu 2 luni am avut parcarea gratuita in garaj. Am rezervat ieri aceasta cazare special pentru locul de parcare deoarece in acea zona nu ai unde sa parchezi. Am sunat proprietarul de 2 ori, nu mi-a răspuns. Am primit un mesaj pe aplicația booking ca daca vreau locul de parcare trebuie sa anunț înainte si trebuie plătit 40 lei pe zi Am mai închiriat de la acest proprietar un apartament in Confort Nord Pipera si mi-a luat 40 lei pe un loc de parcare ce nu exista

I liked everything. From the moment I entered the apartment, I felt warmth and comfort. I stayed for two weeks and had everything I requested in advance, plus anything I needed during my stay was provided very promptly. If something was missing, you just had to ask and it was brought straight away.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Locație buna, aproape de aeroport. Parcare fara plata aproape. Apartament confortabil si spațios. Check in rapid.

Prea cald. Apartamentul nu are termostat pentru a putea regla temperatura. Internetul cam slabut. Cafetiera da, dar cafea nu. Canapeaua deși am cerut din timp sa fie pregătită pentru dormit, nu s-a reușit. A fost nevoie sa cautam noi seara cand am ajuns, pernele, cearceaful, patura si sa pregătim patul pentru copii. Dar s-a rezolvat până la urmă!

Hello, I paid for this, and after paying, they didn't give me the access code to any of the buildings or apartments I was staying in for work! I tried to reach them by phone. We waited outside for over an hour and a half. I called them three times, and they were busy. I even sent messages, but they still didn't answer, and I never got back to them again (even the next day). Thinking I wouldn't get an answer and having an early morning meeting, I needed to rest, so I paid for the INTER BUSSINES Bucharest Hotel through Booking.com and checked in. Please heed this advice: stay away from THE GREEN - Family Oasis accommodation provider! I think Booking.com is a great and reliable app and company, but also... Other first-time users of your app (THE GREEN - Family Oasis) will likely experience the same experience we did when friends who booked through you paid in advance for their accommodation and then didn't receive it on time. Please be careful with the people/companies you work with and don't let them harm such a big name! I sent a message to THE GREEN - Family Oasis once again, stating that I did not receive any service for which I paid through "BOOKING" and that this cannot be serious. I requested that the correct action regarding this matter be for the payment to be refunded to my account... And I still have not received a single message (positive or negative) regarding this matter! Please help me regarding this matter and contact the relevant person/company to provide support to address this injustice! Thank you, keep up the good work!
