Comfortable beds. Great kitchen appliances

We had absolutely no internet and therefore no tv for the duration of our stay. We contacted the host via booking.com and got no reply. I contacted the host by email and got no reply. Same with using the supplied phone number. It seems that there is no support at all over the weekend. We run 10 short term rental properties ourselves and we would never be unresponsive to a guest. We resorted to using the emergency email address and still got no response. I found an emergency number and spoke to a helpful person called Anna. She suggested we ring the host but as we were on holiday we asked her to do this on our behalf rather than relying on us to sort it out. She arranged a diagnostic call to try to fix the issue. We rearranged our day so that i stayed in the house to receive the diagnostic call and get the internet sorted. The diagnostic call never came and so the day was ruined and we had no internet for our entire stay. We are both working whilst on holiday this feels unacceptable.
