Quiet and absolutely safe apartments in Memphis. Just a short drive or Uber (8-10$) to Downtown Memphis. Parking lots and the whole apartment building under video surveillance. Very clean and spacious apartment with every amenity can imagine. Contact and information were amazing :)

I loved that they had the option of gated parking. The seating area outside was so fun and inviting!

The service road to get to the back parking lot was a little seedy, but it was under surveillance so that was nice. The only other complaint would be that it advertised a pull out sofa and we had 2 uncomfortable chairs instead. But again, not a deal breaker.

The property was fresh and clean

There was a leak in the bathroom from upstairs and the owner was made aware and said his plumber was coming the next day. Problem solved.

Spacious. Very well equipped.Especially appreciated the availability of coffee and tea something that is often in short supply.

No milk for the tea or coffee offered. Not a problem tho as a great breakfast spot was found directly behind the building.

Secure comfortable accommodation well laid out Lighting was especially good The dressing table was a nice touch
