Villa Giorgio 2 [Mare e Pineta]

La casa era accogliente e pulita, comodissimo il terrazzo, le informazioni dettagliate lasciate dall' host per tutti i servizi, dispone di parcheggio privato, l'appartamento è vicino alla spiaggia, ai negozi e ad un fantastico panificio. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Zentral gelegen! Sehr sauber!

Die Unterkunft war im großen und ganzen ganz gut. Nur in der Küche hätte ich mir mehr Ausstattung gewünscht. Z.b. Weniger Töpfe mehr brauchbaren Pfannen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Lage war ok. Nicht so weit vom Strand entfernt. Nur etwas zu viele Touristen am Strand. Aber trotzdem war es total schön und das Wasser war herrlich warm. Wer viele Restaurants erwartet wird hier etwas enttäuscht sein. Es gibt aber einige Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe.

Ich hätte mir von Anbieter etwas mehr persönliche Kommunikation gewünscht.

Location! The building in the solid shadow of the pines, quite cool and quiet. No need on air conditioning at all.

wi fi is not so good, but it is common problem in Italy.. ))

The location is close to everything..

We liked that the house and the garden and we hope we will be able to return there. Garden is with high trees so there is shade and not so hot inside and outside. We also enjoyed fully equipped kitchen, enough space for four (could be for five). We were very happy that there were nets in windows and the AC was on site. What is also important to mention is that it is in walkable distance to the beach. You can walk in shades most of the time.

What puzzled us was the fact that the LED light in the kitchen had to be off when you want to start kitchen extractor hood. When we did the investigation of the combination, we switched off the fridge which has the switch next to the lights :)
